👤 Traveler Name Policy

  • Travelers must provide their first and last names exactly as they appear on valid government-issued identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, at the time of booking.

  • Name changes are not permitted once the reservation is made.

  • Minor name corrections (e.g., typos) may be permitted based on the airline’s policy and will be subject to additional charges.

  • All fares are not guaranteed until the booking is ticketed.

  • Ticket prices may change, even after reservation confirmation, based on supplier or airline revisions.

  • Ticketsupportcentre will notify you of any fare changes. You will have the option to:

    • Accept the updated fare and proceed with the purchase

    • Cancel the reservation at no cost, provided your card has not yet been charged

  • You will not be charged if you cancel a booking due to fare changes before final ticketing.

đź’ł Payment Policy

  • We accept major debit and credit cards.

  • For transparency, your total charge may be split into two parts on your statement: airline base fare and taxes/fees — the combined total will match the quoted amount at the time of booking.

  • Baggage fees are not included in the ticket price and vary by airline.

  • Bookings are not confirmed or guaranteed until ticketing is completed.

  • If your credit card payment fails, we will notify you within 24 hours.

🌍 Third-Party & International Card Payments

When using an international credit or debit card to purchase travel for yourself or someone else, you must submit additional documentation to verify and complete the booking:

Required documents:

  • A completed Credit Card Authorization Form

  • A government-issued ID (front and back, including photo and signature)

  • A copy of the credit/debit card (front and back, showing signature)

Note: Fares are not guaranteed until the ticket has been issued.

⚠️ Credit Card Declines

If your credit card is declined, we will notify you via email within 24 to 48 hours. In such cases:

  • The transaction will not be processed

  • The fare and booking details will not be guaranteed
